Great summary, love the transparency and continued sharing.
On the Internet-thingy I'd just like to add that if it's important (very likely) it's a good thing to do really good preparations. In this case to much confidence in the venue made it a way to close call. We were awfully close to being offline for the weekend. Thanks to Bredband2 and stadsnät Landskrona it did instead turn out to be extremely good.
The point is (and it's a note to self) research the connectivity as thoroughly as transportation, food and beds. It's Maslow, stupid ;)
